Business Ops Forge

Custom software

Software built to fit your business, not the other way around.

When off-the-shelf products force you into workarounds, we design and build the software your business actually needs, from internal tools to customer-facing applications.

A fit when

  • You have outgrown spreadsheets, or tools that were never meant to do what you ask of them.
  • No product on the market matches how your business runs.
  • You want one complete solution built for you, rather than several tools stitched together.
  • You need an application your customers or staff can sign in to and use every day.

What we build

The back-office software your team uses to run the business, from tracking to approvals.

Customer and partner portals

Secure sign-in areas for orders, accounts, documents, and status.

Dashboards and reporting

Screens that put the numbers you rely on in one place.

Modernizing older systems

Replacing or extending software that is hard to change, slow, or no longer supported.

FAQ

Common questions

How is custom software priced?

Each project is scoped and quoted after a discovery call. There is no price list, and we will tell you if a smaller piece of work, or an existing product, would serve you better.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the size and the number of systems involved. The written scope includes a timeline, so you have one before you commit.

Can you work with software we already have?

Yes. New software often has to connect to what you already run. We cover those connections in the scope.

Who owns the software?

Ownership, licensing, and access to the code are set out in the written agreement before work starts.

Tell us what you need built.

A short call is enough to tell you whether it's a fit and what the next step looks like.
