Information we collect

We collect information you submit, including business contact details, website addresses, report requests, and messages. Our website grader also reviews publicly available website content needed to prepare the requested report.

How we use it

We use submitted information to provide requested services, deliver reports, respond to inquiries, improve our tools, protect against abuse, and communicate about relevant Business Ops Forge services. We do not sell personal information.

Google Search Console data

If you connect Google Search Console in the Visibility module of the customer portal, we request read-only access to your Search Console data and your Google account email address. We use them only to confirm you control the website you added, and to show you that site's search queries, clicks, impressions, and positions inside your portal.

We store the connected account email, the Search Console property, and an encrypted access token, together with the search performance data we sync. We do not use this data for advertising, do not sell it, do not use it to train AI models, and do not share it with anyone except the infrastructure providers that host our service.

Business Ops Forge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Search Console in the portal at any time, which deletes the stored token, and you can remove our access in your Google account permissions. To delete the search data we already synced, contact us at the address below.

Service providers and retention

We may use vetted infrastructure, email, analytics, and customer-management providers to operate our services. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, legal obligations, and legitimate business purposes.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your contact information, or opt out of non-transactional messages, by contacting us.
